It is no way that the bird has any relation with the hornbill. It more look like a long leg bird normally white in colour and called as bangau by the local. It is good if you could eat the flesh of the bird...slaughter and cook it. If the flesh turn to be tasteless and smell like swampy soil probably they are in the same family with bangau.
